hearts+homes provides beautiful, gently used furnishing and home goods to qualified, special-circumstance families. For us, that’s underemployed, single moms; families emerging from crisis like homelessness and domestic violence; and refugees and immigrants settling into New Jersey’s Mercer and Middlesex counties.

We are a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, care ministry. We are diverse, passionate, and committed to serving the furnishing needs of the vulnerable and marginalized in Central New Jersey.

We believe families are best served through collaborative partnerships that focus on holistic care. All of the families we serve come to us fully qualified by one of our 12 advocacy partners. Those we serve live at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines. We provide practical and spiritual care, while our partners offer assistance with housing, benefits, and more.
